London

It took place in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, from the 6th of
August to
the 12th of August, 2013. Every participating university was invited
to send several students and one teacher. Individual students were welcome.
The competition was planned for students completing their first, second, third

Selection of the Problems The problems were chosen at the Meeting of the Jury from those received in advance by the President of the Jury, Professor John Jayne. |
Evaluation The students' work was evaluated by Team Leaders and other Professors and Assistant Professors using criteria provided by the Jury. |
Groups Although this was an individual event, the Universities traditionally divided their participants into groups of four each. The number of students in the teams was, however, not fixed. The professor who accompanied the students was a member of the Jury. |
